Workers' Compensation

Nixon, Raiche, Vogelman, Barry & Slawsky, P.A. also has expertise in representing clients injured at work. We attend N.H. Workers' Compensation: have you been short-changed?

If you are injured at work, performing a job within the scope of your normal employment, under State Law, you become eligible for Workers’ Compensation Benefits.

One of the Workers’ Compensation benefits is called a Permanent Impairment Award. Unfortunately, in many cases you will not be told that you have a right to a Permanent Impairment Award.

We have obtained Workers’ Compensation benefits for our clients for Permanent Impairments from $5,000.00 to $40,000.00. Many times, these injured workers knew nothing about their right to a permanent partial impairment award until they saw us.

If you have had a work-related injury that resulted in a permanent injury and never received a Permanent Impairment Award, please call us to discuss your case. We would be happy to meet with you to review your situation, at no cost to you.
