Our firm is also well known for its success in the area of defective products. We represent clients that are tragically injured as a result of boating accidents, machine accidents at work, consumer products, and pharmaceutical hazards, among others. We recently represented a catastrophically-injured client who was test driving a Donzi speed boat. The speed boat was improperly designed, causing its occupants to be ejected on turns without warning. The driver of the Donzi boat fell between the two propellers of the speed boat and suffered a horrific death. The case was resolved in a confidential settlement which was substantial.
