Kirk Simoneau is a native of Nashua, New Hampshire. He
graduated from Franklin Pierce Law School, magna cum laude
in 2009. Attorney Simoneau was a member of the Daniel Webster
Scholar Honors Program. Before law school, Kirk earned a
degree in English from the University of New Hampshire.
Attorney Simoneau came to the practice of law for very
specific reasons. In 2003, he was the sole eye-witness to
a hit-and-run drunk driver killing his pedestrian father.
Kirk became a lawyer to help those harmed, with a high level
of personal understanding and caring.
Attorney Simoneau is deeply committed to aiding the disabled
and downtrodden, both professionally and personally. He
served as an extern at the Disability Rights Center in 2008,
helping to prepare a winning Appeal before the State Supreme
Court. His contributions have lead to the creation of the,
Normand L. Simoneau Community Room at Northeast Deaf and
Hard of Hearing Services, in memory of his father.
Kirk also served as a Law Clerk at the Administrative Law
And Advocacy Clinic at the Franklin Pierce Law Center.
Prior to law school, Attorney Simoneau was an author and
lecturer. His “Pepere Says” newspaper column
ran in the Nashua Sunday Telegraph for several years. Kirk
currently serves on the board of the New Hampshire Academic
Decathlon, his family’s charitable foundation, and
has been a member of numerous other charitable and civic
groups, including the board of the Nashua Senior Activity
Center.
Attorney Simoneau, focuses on a trial practice involving
all types of litigation; personal injury, wrongful death
and pro bono legal assistance to the disadvantaged. Knowledgeable
in American Sign Language, Kirk has a particular affinity
for deaf clients.
Kirk lives in Bedford with his wife, Anne, three young
daughters, and his mother, Linda.
